On Fall weekends the farm is open for pumpkins, cider, kid's activities, and farm animal visits. Classes for adults are offered in spring and summer. Vituperio provides hands-on baking classes. Javi, the head baker, teaches the art of croissants, sourdough, pasta, pizza, pretzels, babka, etc. When booking a class at Viuperio be ready to learn, get your hands dirty and be part of her baking community.

Javi is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
You might be wondering... why the name of the Studio?
Javi is originally from Chile, and back in her home country Vituperio means "and informal gathering with friends sharing food and drinks" and that is the essence of the Studio!
She has been featured on ABC, Huffpost, Visit PA among others.
We grow our own apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, and a small variety of vegetables. What we don't grow here on our farm we get from local farmer's when in season. We have our own apple and peach butters, ketchup, salsa, and spaghetti
